Manufacturing Process

Raw Materials

All the material is prepared with good quality

Material Cutting

Manually Cutting or Use Automatic Cutting Machine

Punching of workpieces

Use a punching machine to punch the workpiece for ease of subsequent assembly

Welding

Manually Welding the workpiece or use welding machine to do the work

Workpiece Loading

Using suspension conveyor system with speed of 1-5 meters/min. Controlled with precise automation, significantly

Surface Treatment

Workpiece surface treatment by shot blasting machine to get a clean surface with a certain level of roughness.
It improves the
fatigue strength, corrosion resistance of the steel and enhances its intrinsic quality, extending its service life

Automatic Spraying System
Surface spraying process, high-voltage electrostatic spraying (large cyclone automated high-voltage electrostatic powder spraying). No organic solvents, no harm or pollution to human environment.

Curing System

Use energy-saving and environmentally friendly low-carbon combustion engine, with a curing temperature of 180 to 220
degrees. The finished product has superb wear resistance, scratch resistance, acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance, and
fading resistance.

Packing & Delivery

Packaging: Inner package with stretch film, out package with export wooden box (with metal frame more safe and non-fumigation wooden), avoid the products broken.
Shipping: Usually we adopt sea transportation, if there are different requirements, we will make it accordingly.
