Product Process
1. CAD drawing will be sent for confirmation before production.
2. Scale 1 of 1 CAD drawing for production
Production will proceed based on scale 1 of 1 printed drawing.
3. Forging and Bending
All our products are hand forged and bent by practised blacksmith.
4. Welding & Fabrication
All wrought iron products are made with full welding fabrication to make sure they are strong enough.
5. Anti-Rust Treatment
The Anti-rust treatment will be Hot-dip galvanizing, primer painting and powder coating.
6. Smooth touch
Smooth touch surface treatment makes wrought iron items more attractive and improves the taste of the whole house. Perfect details show the superior quality of our wrought iron pieces.

We should consider two situation.1// Flat railing standard height, 1100mm,1200mm or 1300mm from the ground. 2// Staircase railing standard height, 900mm or 950mm from each step
